Hampton Inn Gardner

The check-in process was terrible, I waited over 20 minutes as they couldn't locate my reservation. And to top it off, my kids' rooms weren't even together. I almost gave this place a good review, but they could've at least offered a complimentary upgrade for all the hassle. Absolutely, unacceptable!

We had a great stay at this brand-new hotel.

Great venue, particularly good location close to stores and restaurants and different shopping places, liked our stay. The beds where comfortable, the room was a nice size and well-kept with 2 queen beds...

The room was cozy, but check-in took way too long for my reservation.

Everything was great. Rooms clean, lovely bathrooms with huge shower and counter space next to the sink, and beds comfortable. Breakfast was a hit with scrambled eggs and bacon.

The breakfast offerings were delicious and varied.

The check-in process was frustrating. I booked through the app, but the front desk couldn't find my reservation for over 20 minutes. Noise insulation was poor. I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, made for a very disruptive night.

Excellent breakfast options with a variety of items. Water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low.

The room was cozy and clean. Loved the huge shower and ample counter space next to the sink. Breakfast was great with plenty of delicious options including scrambled eggs, bacon, and waffles. It was a great surprise to find such a variety. I experienced a mix-up with my room arrangements. I requested all three of our rooms to be together, but the staff struggled with the reservation since my kids' names were on two of the bookings. Communication could improve here. The pillows were a bit flat for my taste.

Recommend it for families seeking comfort

Had a very nice time at the hotel! The staff were super friendly and even remembered us when we walked in, great touch.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the experience.

Great Family Stay with Room for Improvement

The cozy queen room was perfect for our family. The breakfast was really nice with a variety of delicious options. Just a tip, confirm room arrangements ahead of time to avoid mix-ups. A pleasant experience that we would repeat.

Family with children delight

The staff really went out of their way to. They even connected our separate room bookings so we could be together, that was nice.

The rooms were clean and cute, while the breakfast spread was a hit with my kids. We particularly enjoyed the pancakes and eggs, and it was nice to fill up before heading out for our day. We also appreciated the nearby Heritage Park for a family outing!

My wife says that check-in was a bit slow and confusing. It would be great if there were more activities specifically for kids to keep them entertained.

The one night stay was lovely, especially with the clean, cozy room and the inviting indoor pool and hot tub that provided a perfect way to unwind. Just a heads up, the pillows could be a bit plusher, but it didn’t take away from my experience at all! Definitely take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, it’s a great way to start your day! 😊
